Installation
ALL INSTALLATION AND SERVICE REPAIR WORK MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY

2.1
Installation requirements
It is most important that this oven /
proofer is installed correctly and that the
operation is correct before use.
Installation
shall
electrical, health and safety requirements.
Before Connection to Power Supply:
•
Remove all packing.
•
Check equipment and parts for damage.
Report any damage immediately to the carrier
and
distributor.
•
Remove protective plastic coating from the
side panels.
Check that the available power supply is correct
to that shown on the rating plate located on the
right-hand side panel.
380-415 Vac, 50/60 Hz, 3P+N+E, 7.0 kW @ 415V.
208 Vac, 50/60 Hz, 3P+E, 7.0 kW @ 208V.
220-240 Vac, 50/60 Hz, 3P+E, 7.0 kW @ 240V.

Location clearances
To ensure correct ventilation for the motor and
controls
the
following
clearances are to be adhered to:
Top
Rear
Left-hand side
Right-hand side
•
Use a spirit level to ensure oven / proofer is
level from side to side and front to back. (If
this is not carried out, uneven baking could
occur).
Important:
THE VENT LOCATED ON THE OVEN TOP MUST
NEVER BE OBSTRUCTED.

Electrical connection
•
E32SUBC oven / proofers are supplied fitted
with power cords. Ensure unit is fitted with
correct cord and plug.
• To access the electrical connection terminal
block, grounding lug and strain relief, remove
the right hand side panel.
WARNING - THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE
EARTHED / GROUNDED

Water connection
• A cold water supply should be fitted to the
water inlet hose (connection size R¾).
• Max inlet pressure 550kPa / 80psi.
•
Turn on water supply to check for leaks.

Before use
• Operate the oven for about 1 hour at 200°C
(400°F) to remove any fumes or odours which
may be present.
