4.3 Routine procedures
Oven
Check door seals for deterioration.
Check door pivot bushes for wear.
Ensure that door catches are adjusted such that the door closes properly
Check that the element resistances are correct to their rating, or that they are drawing the
correct current.
Proofer
Remove scaling from wet element.
Inspect door seal on door inside for wear and tear
Check door hinges for wear
Check that the element resistances are correct to their rating, or that they are drawing the
correct current.
