3.3 Alphanumeric Display Indications

The alphanumeric liquid crystal display gives 160 characters of information on a 4-line display. The
display is illuminated to assist viewing under dim ambient light conditions. NOTE: Should the AC Mains
fail; the back lighting on the liquid crystal display will be turned off to conserve battery power.
When the numeric keypad is not in use, the display will revert to automatically scrolling through any
fire alarm or fault conditions present on the panel. If there are no alarm or fault conditions, the display
will show the date and time.
Pressing the SHIFT key will show a list of optional functions or prompt for the level 2 password.
