Vehicle Service Interval Chart
• Check Safety Interlock System
• Check engine oil level
• Check engine coolant level
• Check hydraulic fluid level (High/Low Hydraulic System)
• Check tire pressure
• Clean radiator, oil cooler and screen
• Check air cleaner service indicator
• Replace engine oil
• Replace engine oil filter
• Replace hydraulic oil filter
• Check steering system
• Check electrical wiring
• Check fan belt tension
• Lubricate spindles and casters
• Check fuel lines and fittings
• Inspect parking brake cables
• Check for loose components
• Lubricate grease fittings
• Check air filter
• Check fan belt tension
• Replace engine oil and filter
• Check transmission fluid level
• Inspect hydraulic hoses and tubes
• Check engine exhaust system
• Check steering system
• Check electrical wiring
• Replace fuel filter element
• Check ROPS hardware
• Replace fan belt
• Inspect suspension
• Replace air filter element
• Replace radiator antifreeze
• Replace hydraulic oil and filter
• Replace transmission fluid
