INSTALLATION
Figure Notes:
1. Header must be level or slightly pitched toward the
drain.
2. Header material must be CPVC, high-temperature
silicone tubing, galvanized steel, or stainless steel.
3. Header should be taken to the lowest point
possible and maintain a minimum 2-inch (51 mm)
drop from the boiler condensate drain outlet.
4. The condensate drain trap outlet must be below
the condensate outlet of the boiler.
5. For multiple boiler installation, maintain minimum
pipe size of one inch (25.4 mm) for the header
piping.
6. The maximum capacity to attach per multiple
boiler condensate drain trap is 12 MMBH total.
