3.4 I Installing the pH minus injecti on and sucti on pipes

• When handling chemical products, always use appropriate safety equipment
(safety glasses, gloves and jacket).
The peristalti c pump rotates in the clockwise directi on. The acid (pH minus) is therefore sucked into the left side of the
pump and injected into the tank from the right side. The pump fl ow directi on can be identi fi ed on the pH Link or Dual
Link module by looking at the two arrows provided.

3.4.1 Installing the pH minus injecti on line
• Remove the protecti on cover from the peristalti c pump, see illustrati on
• Cut a suitable length of pipe from the coil supplied to connect the peristalti c pump to the injecti on check
valve located on the POD Kit.
• Unscrew the connector cap and att ach the pipe to the connector on the outlet from the peristalti c pump,
see illustrati on
• Att ach the other end of the pipe to the injecti on check valve on the POD Kit, see illustrati on
