• For models with a temp sensor, this error
may be caused by low water conducti vity
(lack of salt). If there is no temperature
sensor: this error may be due to a low

Possible Cause
Soluti on
• Check the pump, the fi lter, the skimmer(s),
and the by-pass valve(s). Clean them if
necessary.
• Check the wire connecti ons (fl ow switch).
• Check that the fl ow switch is working
correctly (replace it if necessary: contact the
retailer)
.
• Switch off the chlorinator (
switch off the power supply to the control
box, then check that all the wires are properly
connected (mains power supply, cell, etc.).
• Replace the cell.
• Check the supply board: contact the reseller
..
• Check water temperature.
• Check the conditi on of the cell plates.
• Measure the salt concentrati on in the pool
water using a salt tester or a test strip, then
add salt to the pool to keep the level at 4
g/L or 2 g/L depending on the model. If you
do not know the salt level or how to test it,
contact your retailer.
• If the box is installed outdoors, protect it
from direct sunlight.
• Chlorinati on will automati cally resume once
the temperature has fallen back down.
• Issue at the device.
• Chlorinati on will automati cally resume at the
Low Mode chlorinati on rate between 10 and
15°C.
• Chlorinati on will automati cally resume at the
normal chlorinati on rate above 15°C.
• Wait and observe, chlorinati on should
resume in the next 10 minutes.
