7.4 Troubleshooting Wireless Connectivity

Symptom
None of the machines with Wireless Con-
nectivity are sending asset management
data to the LFconnect website.
Exercisers cannot log into ANY of the
machines with Wireless Connectivity. The
message "Can not connect to equipment"
displayed on LFConnect app after logging
in by scanning the QR code.
SEVERAL of the machines with Wireless
Connectivity are not sending asset man-
agement data to the LFconnect website.
Exercisers can not log into SEVERAL of the
machines with Wireless Connectivity. The
message "Can not connect to equipment"
displayed on LFConnect app after logging
in by scanning the QR code.
ONE of the machines with Wireless Con-
nectivity is not sending asset management
data to the LFConnect website.

Cause
Check internet connection. Verify by plug-
ging an Ethernet cable on a laptop into
