4. Touch Setup Fax Reports.
5. Select a report type:
• To configure fax activity reports, touch Activity Report. Touch Auto Print or Off,
then touch OK.
• To configure fax confirmation reports, touch Confirmation Report.
• For Report Options, select the condition for printing confirmation reports.
• For Print Options, select the thumbnail image printing option.
Touch OK.
• To configure broadcast and multiple-poll reports, touch Broadcast and Multi-poll Report.
Select the condition for printing broadcast and multiple-poll reports, then touch OK.
6. To exit Fax Report Setup, touch X.
