Circuit Board Replacement

Should the circuit board be replace, the engineer MUST set
the parameters
as indicated in this table and in the sequence
shown.
Type No. Description
Index showing boiler power in kW
PAR
01
5 = 25 (MURELLE REVOLUTION 25)
6 = 30 (MURELLE REVOLUTION 30)
Hydraulic configuration
0 = combi
1 = system
PAR
02
2 = N/A
3 = N/A
4=instant with solar power input
Gas Type Configuration
PAR
03
0 = G20/G25; 1 = G31
To enter "Parameter setting and display"refer to the indica-
tions provided in the specific section.
Once the parameters in the table have been set, you must carry
out the entire phase of "Self-calibrating procedure" described
in the specific section.
If the gas valve and/or the ignition/detection electrode , and/or
the burner , and/or the fan are replaced, the engineer must still
carry out the entire phase of "Self-calibrating procedure" de-
scribed in the specific section.

Solution
-
- Restore pressure
- Check for any leaks in the
system
- Empty the system via the drain
valve on the hydraulic assembly
and bring the pressure to
approximately 1.2 bar
- Check connections
- Check the sensor is working
- Check connections
- Check the sensor is working
- Check the integrity of the
electrode and check that it is
not grounded
