When exchange to the new toner cartridge, detects the
kinds of toner and add 1 to the reset of the developing bias
and to the exchange count.
Detects the toner cartridge is set.
Detects external temperature and humidity around the
machine.
Drives the pick up roller at the timing of paper feeding.
Controls the activation of the registration roller for the paper
alignment adjustment.
Presses the MP paper pick-up roller against the paper
when feeding from the MP tray.
