Propex IQ
Apex Locator does not switch on or it shuts off during treatment.
Possible causes
•
The battery is completely empty (all LEDs
are OFF).
•
The charger is not connected properly into
the power socket.
•
The battery is wrongly inserted.
•
The original battery has been replaced
with a non-original one.
•
ON/OFF/Standby button malfunction.
•
Electronic malfunction.

Solutions
•
Connect the device to the charger and
charge the device.
•
Ensure that the charger is plugged in
correctly and the power socket is under
tension/switched ON (if applicable).
•
Ensure that the original adapter is being
used.
•
Open the battery compartment and check
the battery orientation.
•
Try pressing the ON/OFF/Standby button
several times.
•
Replace the batteries with a new original
battery.
•
Perform a factory reset.
•
