2.2.8 Powering on the Camera via 60-watt Ultra PoE Injector

(1) Connect the AC power cord to "AC slot" of ultra PoE injector; the "POWER" LED will be on
steadily.
(2) Connect an Ethernet cable (not included in the package) to the port (PoE) of the camera. It is
recommended to use exterior-grade Ethernet cable that is already waterproof.
(3) Connect another end of the Ethernet cable to ultra PoE injector. Once ultra PoE injector detects
the existence of an IEEE 802.3at/802.3af device, the ACTIVE LED indicator will be on steadily to
show it is providing power.

2.2.9 Connecting the Camera to Network

Connect an Ethernet cable (not included in the package) from switch/workstation to "LAN" port of ultra
PoE injector.
