Troubleshooting—RFID
If you are having problems reading or writing RFID Tags/Cards, refer to the table below for possible
causes.
Problem
1. RFID does not turn On.
No/partial RFID data returned during

Possible Cause
• Infinea X battery is low.
• Infinea X not powered on by software.
• RFID reader is faulty.
• Charging Cup is connected to Infinea X.
• Unreadable RFID tag/card.
• Infinea X battery is low.
• Faulty RFID reader.
• Software decoding incorrectly.
• RFID type is not configured.
