IDENTIFYING RADIO (PCI BUS) PROBLEMS
Perform TEST SYMPTOM IDENTIFICATION 1A Before Proceeding
With the DRB, select ''Body'', ''Audio Systems''.
A. If the DRB displays ''No Response'' . . . . . . . .perform ''Vehicle Communication'' TEST 1A.
B. If any other communication problem exists. . .perform ''Vehicle Communication'' TEST 1A.
1. With the DRB, read DTC's. If there are any disgnostic trouble codes . . . . .perform TEST 1B.
2. If any of the following radio failures exist, exchange the radio.
AM/FM Switch Inoperative
CD Eject Switch Inoperative*
FF/RW Switch Inoperative
PWR Switch Inoperative
Scan Switch Inoperative
Set Switch Inoperative
Tune Switch Inoperative
1-5 Presets Inoperative
*CD Equipped Radios Only
