EXTINGUISHING MEDIA:
Foam, dry chemical, carbon dioxide and water spray (fog).
SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES:
Use extinguish media for extinguishing fires. Use water to keep
fire-exposed containers cool. Minimize breathing of gases, vapor,
fumes or decomposition products. Use supplied-air breathing
equipment for enclosed or confined spaces or as otherwise
needed.
UNUSUAL FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS:
Empty metal containers retain residue can be dangerous. Do not
pressurize, cut, weld, braze, solder, drill, grind or expose such
containers to sources of ignition. Empty drums should be
returned to a drum reconditioner.

INCOMPATIBILITY (MATERIALS TO AVOID):
Strong oxidants such as liquid chlorine, concentrated oxygen,
sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite.

Fumes, smoke, carbon monoxide, sulfur oxides, aldehydes and
other decomposition products.
