Sw itch on center console
Power Head R estraints, R ear
Turn key in steering lock to posi­
tion 1 or 2 (with the d riv e r's or
front p assenger's door open, the
pow er head restraints can also be
operated with the key rem oved or
in steering lock position 0).
Activate switch:
1 Place head restraint upright.
2 Fold head restraint backw ard.
S w itches in rear doors
Sw itch in center console:
Both head restraints together can
be placed in either u pright or fo ld ­
down position.
S w itches in rear doors:
The head restraints can be placed
ind ivid ua lly in e ither u pright or
fold-dow n position.
Inclination of head restraints:
The head restraint inclina tion can
be adjusted m anually.
Im portant!
For safety reasons, alw ays drive
w ith the rear head restraints in the
upright position w hen the rear
seats are occupied.
Keep area around head restraints
clear of a rticles (e.g. clothing) to
not obstruct the folding operation
of the head restraints.
