RS-232 interface

The RS-232 transceiver MB1262/U12 supply is 3V3. The RS-232 interface is connected to the
STM32MP157xAA3 UART4 that is shared exclusively with the USB micro-B/ST-LINK v2-1 VCP as described in
Table 32.
