Unable to Print 35
Abnormal stop of head/carriage unit. Causes due to recording paper jam when ink is not
discharging.
User Check
- Remove the jammed paper in platen part.
Step
1 Foreign materials in the engine

2 CR encoder strip stained
3 Switching lever guide out of place Set the switching lever guide into place.
4 CR encoder strip defective
5 CR encoder sensor defective
6 Main PCB defective
