Switchback sensor detects no recording paper tray 1 state.
User Check
- Set recording paper tray1.
Step
1 Switchback actuator caught on the
surrounding parts
2 Switchback paper sensor harness
connection failure
3 Sensor relay PCB harness
connection failure
4 Outer paper guide wear/defective
5 Sensor relay PCB defective
6 Recording paper tray 1 defective
7 Main PCB defective
Cause
Set the switchback actuator into place.
Reconnect the switchback paper sensor harness.
Reconnect the sensor relay PCB harness.
Replace the outer paper guide.
Replace the sensor relay PCB ASSY.
Replace the recording paper tray 1.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
