These metrics are important characteristics of the network path. In case an FEC is used, metrics are
available for both the primary stream and the FEC stream.
Note that the measured jitter (Primary + FEC streams)

Meaning
Displayed only if an FEC stream is received.
Defines the minimum jitter to be configured in Receive->IP Services (it
includes the primary stream and the FEC stream).
On unmanaged networks, we recommend to configure a higher value as the
jitter may evolve and reach higher values.
Jitter measured for the considered stream (primary or FEC).
