Set amplitudes

The following commands are used to set the logic levels of the digital output lines, and to
control the number of bits.

These commands are used to immediately update the amplitude of the
detector #1 and detector #2 voltage bias sources (if the outputs are on).
If the outputs are off when either of these commands is sent, the source
value will be updated to the most recently programmed value when the
outputs are turned on.
Note that the maximum output current for both voltage sources is
100mA.
