This command is used to set the pulse low amplitude level for all current
source pulses. For the 500mA source range, the low value can be set
from 0 to 0.015A. For the 5A source range, the low value can be set
from 0 to 0.150A.
This command sets the pulse low amplitude for the pulse source function in the
list and sweep modes. See
