The motor does not start after
pressing the ON/OFF switch
or stops during operation.
The circuit breaker in the
power distributor trips.
The automatic feed does not
work.
The magnetic clamp does not
function.
The lubrication system does
not function.

Troubleshooting

Possible cause
Plug not inserted into socket.
Circuit breaker switched off.
The magnetic clamp is not
switched on.
The internal overload pro-
tection has switched off the
motor due to too high power
consumption.
Too many appliances con-
nected to the same power
circuit.
The machine is defective.
The automatic feed is not
switched on.
Magnet not switched on.
The surface is not magnetic.
No lubricant available.
Lubricant tap closed.
Connecting nipple clogged.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Insert plug.
Switch on circuit breaker.
Switch on the magnetic
clamp.
Check tool, machine and
workpiece.
Operate the machine within
the limits of the technical
data.
Contact customer service.
Reduce the number of appli-
ances on the power circuit.
Contact customer service.
Switch on the automatic feed.
Switch on magnet.
Use a suitable base.
Top up the lubricant.
Open the lubricant tap.
Clean the tank and nipple.
