An internal system error has occurred that should not occur in a production system.
Correction
Display the Controller Fault Table on the programmer. Contact Technical Support and give them all
the information contained in the fault entry.

Error occurred during a read/write of the Flash Memory

release due to the CPU firmware revision numbers, the
instruction groups supported, or the CPU model number.

One or more specified items were not found in Flash Memory.
