Inverter section using CIPOS™ Micro
The inverter section is implemented using the CIPOS™ Micro IPM as sketched in Figure 13. The module includes
six power MOSFETs and three half bridge gate drivers. The shunt resistor section is also given, including the 0Ω
resistors R22 to R27. These resistors allow connecting or disconnecting the shunts' signals to connector J3. The
three capacitors C29, C31 and C33 are used as bootstrap capacitors to provide the necessary floating supply
