Mirrored data of the EEPROM is different from the original data in EEPROM.
Data in the EEPROM is overwritten for some reason.

Verification error of the flash ROM on the controller board occurs.
Note:
- This SC is logged at 1st error detection.SC819 is issued at 2nd error detection.
- SC819 is issued at 2nd error detection.
