Troubleshooting

Use troubleshooting procedures in the table below when problems occur.

(4)Printer detector
is damaged.
(5)Printer FFC is
disconnected.

See if the power
connector is
connected properly.

Check with a tester if
the fuse (F1) on the
control circuit board is
conductive.

Check the amount of
the paper remaining in
the paper supply
module.

Procedure
Connect the power
connector again.
•Replace the blown
fuse.
•Replace the
control circuit
board if there is no
recovery after the
fuse replacement.
Load the paper in
the printer.
Replace the paper
roll if only a small
amount of the
paper remaining is
left.
Remove the paper
chips or foreign
matter if there is
any.
Remove the paper
chips or foreign
matter if there is
any.
Connect the
connector properly
if it is disconnected.
Replace the paper
NE detector if it is
damaged.
Connect the
connector properly
if it is disconnected.
Replace the paper
detector if it is
damaged.
Connect the FFC if it
is disconnected.
