Turning the missed calls shortcut on and off

Choose how missed call notifications appear on your LCD screen - just follow these steps:
1. Press 'Setup'.
2. Scroll to 'User Preferences' and press 'Select'.
3. Choose 'Call preferences'.
4. Scroll to 'Miss call shortcut'.
5. Press the right arrow key to turn the feature on or off and press the 'Set' soft key.
6. Scroll to 'Miss call banner'.
7. Press the right arrow key to turn the feature on or off and press the 'Set' soft key

Call forwarding

You can forward all calls, forward calls when the phone is busy, or forward unanswered calls.
To forward calls:
1. Press 'Setup'.
2. Scroll to 'User preferences' and press 'Select'.
3. Choose 'Call preferences'.
4. Under Call forwarding, press the right arrow key to turn Call forwarding on – then press the 'Save'
soft key.
There are different types of Call forwarding – see the following section for more details.

Forwarding all calls to a single number

1. In the 'Call preferences' screen, scroll to 'Forward all number'.
2. Enter the number you want to forward all calls to - for example, another extension number or an
external number – or enter '121' to forward calls to voicemail. If you want to forward calls to an
external number, make sure you enter any access or area codes (if applicable).
Note: If you need to enter a URL, press 'Option' and choose 'Input IP' before you enter the Call
forwarding information.
3. Press 'Set'.
Or.
1. Press 'Forward' on the home screen and enter the number you want to forward calls to and press
'Dial'.
2. To clear the 'all calls forwarded' setting, press 'Clr Fwd' from the home screen.

Forwarding calls when your phone's busy

1. In the 'Call Preferences' screen, scroll to 'Forward busy number'.
2. Enter the number you want to forward all calls to - for example, another extension number or an
external number – or enter '121' to forward calls to voicemail. If you want to forward calls to an
