RLR: Use cable and housing cutters to trim the cable, then install an

Tuck the cable into the pocket.
RLR: Install the spool cap, then use a torque wrench with a T25 TORX®

T25 TORX .9 N·m (8 in-lb)
bit socket to tighten the spool cap to .9 N·m (8 in-lb).
