LIN Decoding (Option)

The data frame format of the LIN bus is as shown in Figure 5-8. The ocillsocope
samples the LIN signal and then judges each data point (logic "1" or "logic "0")
according to the preset threshold level. You need to specify the protocol version of
the LIN signal for LIN decoding.
Press Decode1  Decode, turn the multi-function knob
press the knob. You can press Decode continuously to switch to "LIN".
1. Turn on or off the Decode1
Press BusStatus to turn the Decode1 bus display on or off. You can also press
Decode1 to switch the current on/off status of the Decode1 display. When the
bus display is turned on, the interface is as shown in Figure 7-8.
2. Quickly apply the current LIN trigger setting to LIN decoding
If the current trigger type of the trigger system is LIN, press CopyTrig to copy
the current LIN trigger setting and apply it to the LIN decoding function (set the
corresponding LIN decoding parameters automatically). The settings can be
copied include the source channel, protocol version, baud rate and threshold
level (trigger level).
Note: The copy function is only available when the current trigger type is "LIN";
otherwise, CopyTrig is not available.
Tip
When the current trigger type is "LIN", performing the copy operation at any time
can quickly apply the current LIN trigger setting (the specified parameters) to LIN
decoding. Then, you can still set the LIN decoding parameters according to the
introductions below.
3. Specify the source channel
Press Source; turn the multi-function knob
channel and press the knob. You can also press Source continuously to switch
the current source channel. You can select CH1 to CH4.
4. Specify the threshold
Press Threshold and turn the multi-function knob
