Secure access to the machine

Introduction
The Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 DC allows you to secure access to the machine
(see 'About the access-secured system' on page 32). If the machine is secured,
the user must enter a unique PIN to enter the display screen menu and to start
the jobs.

To define the machine-security, proceed as follows:

Before you begin
Enter the key operator system.

Check to insure that the authorized users have valid user accounts (see 'About

Result
The user must have a PIN to access the machine

The user account must be valid.
Any user can access the machine.
