BACKGUARD iNSTALLATiON
STEP 4:
BACKGUARD KITS:
The backguard is located as shown in
Fig. 6. Secure the backguard to the wall[
behind the cooktop.
Specific instructions for instaHHation of the
full[ backguard or How backguard can be
found packaged with the backguard. See
aHsopage 5.
The backguard must be installed when
there is less than a 12" clearance between
combustibles and the back of the cooktop
(above the cooking surface, see Fig. 5,
pagelO).
