Feature Description
DND When DND is turned on, no audible rings occur during the
ringing-in state of a call or no audible or visual notifications
of any type occur.
You can configure the phone to have a softkey template with
a DND softkey or a phone-button template.
Note
The following DND parameters are configurable in Cisco
Unified Communications Manager Administration:
DND
This check box allows you to enable DND on a
per-phone basis. Use Cisco Unified Communications
Manager Administration > Device > Phone > Phone
Configuration.
DND Option
Choose "Call Reject" (to turn off all audible and visual
notifications), or "Ringer Off" (to turn off only the
ringer). DND Option appears on both the Common
Phone Profile window and the Phone Configuration
window (Phone Configuration window value takes
precedence).
DND Incoming Call Alert
Choose the type of alert to play, if any, on a phone for
incoming calls when DND is active. This parameter is
located on both the Common Phone Profile window and
the Phone Configuration window (Phone Configuration
window value takes precedence).
BLF Status Depicts DND
Enables DND status to override busy/idle state.
EU Regulatory Enables the WLAN firmware to meet the 2015 European
Compliance compliance regulations.
DND is available in Cisco Unified Communications
Manager 6.0 or later.
