Feature
Description
Block external to
Prevents users from transferring an external call to another
external transfer
external number.
Busy Lamp Field
Allows a user to monitor the call state of a directory number
(BLF) speed dial
(DN) associated with a speed-dial button. The available states
are: alerting, idle, busy, and do not disturb (DND). During the
alerting state, call pickup capability is enabled.
Note
Call Back
Provides users with an audio and visual alert on the phone
when a busy or unavailable party becomes available.
Call display
Determines the information that will display for calling or
restrictions
connected lines, depending on the parties who are involved in
the call.
Call forward
Allows users to redirect incoming calls to another number.
Call forward options include Call Forward All, Call Forward
Busy, Call Forward No Answer, and Call Forward No
Coverage.
