Basic VHF Radio Operation

Power On/Off

Turn the unit On by rotating the VOL control
clockwise.
Adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
When you turn the unit On, you will hear a beep and the following
message appears and remains on the display for 7 seconds.
After 7 seconds, the display changes to the Warning message:
