Seal Packing

If the deflection is not as specified, adjust with the idler
pulley.
11. INSTALL N0.2 AND N0.3 TIMING BELT COVERS
Install the No.2, No.3 timing belt covers and engine wire
bracket with the six bolts.
12. INSTALL SPARK PLUGS (See page IG-8)
Torque:
180 kg-cm (13 ft-lb, 18 N ·m)
13. INSTALL SEMI-CIRCULAR PLUG
(a) Remove any old packing {FIPG) material.
(b) Apply seal packing to the circular plug.
Seal packing: Part No. 08826-00080 or equivalent
(c} Install the semi-circular plug to the cylinder head.
14. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVER
(a) Remove any old packing (FIPG} material.
(b} Apply seal packing to the cylinder head as shown in
the figure.
Seal packing: Parts No. 08826-00080 or equivalent
