Starting upgrading
•
Close all applications on your computer.
•
Insert the CD with the JTAG programming Cable software.
•
Select "Webpack 52 fcp 1.exe" executable file to install the JTAG software.

Accept the terms of this software license and select "next"
•
Select a directory where you want the software to be installed.
•
Keep all the settings default and select "next", now the software will be installed.

After installation a pop up box will ask you if you want to see the latest software updates,
select "close".
You will be asked to restart your computer, please do this.
•
Connect the JTAG cable to your parallel port on the computer and connect the cable to the
unit who needs to be upgraded. (see pictures an locations below)
o Power Amplifier: Right upper pins, on the right side of the Network connectors. (The
I/O board needs to be removed for access to the PCB)
o Call Station: Pins almost in the middle of the PCB, just above the Oasis Chip.
o Fibre interface: Pins next to the Software label
