Logs the failure of a supervised input contact
The number of the control input on which the error occurred
Check for correctness of 10K resistors connection
Check the wiring and the activator of that contact. (Which isn't aloud
to supply any voltage)
When noting is connected a voltage of +/- 20V can be measured.
When nothing is connected to a broken input board (caused by a
voltage supplied to the contact inputs), less than 4V can be
measured.
When the 2, 10K resistors are connected +/- 16V can be measured.
When the input is short circuited less then 4V can be measured.
Logs the absence of a configured unit
Check the serial number in the configuration screen. Compare it by
the serial number as recognized by the system in the "upgrade unit
software" page.
Check if the unit is still connected with the POF cable.
Check if the unit is switched on.
Check if the unit has the same software in it as the rest of the
system.
When this event occurs during a full use of input contacts and audio
inputs of this unit, remove some inputs to an other unit or upgrade
the system to the 2.1 software version.
Logs the connection of a unit that is not configured
Check in the Configuration software if the unit is configured and
enabled.
Logs the watchdog reset of a processor in a unit
Which processor was the cause of the reset.
Fault should resolve it self.
When external power supplies are used to power a splitter / fibre
interface / call station, Check if it supplies enough power. (See the
user manual for the correct calculation and power consumptions)
Logs the connection of a unit with an unknown type
Send the unknown unit for repair if the internal serial number is
wrong or not placed. (For example: 0x0FFF)
A unit with serial number 00000 in the undefined list of unit software
upgrade will get it's original serial number back after the software
upgrade.

Logs the activation of an external fault via an as fault
programmed input contact.
Check the unit that activated the fault input.
