12. User-defined methods

User-defined methods are stored under code
numbers. Numbers from 301 to 399 are allowed.
These code numbers are used to fast-find user-
defined methods when setting methods.
A total of 50 user-defined methods can be stored. The
51st user-defined method causes the method error
message to appear; if this occurs, erase an old
method.
If you input a method designation that is already
stored in the photometer, the characteristics are
displayed and you can modify them. If the input is
successful, the meter displays the accepted method.
The photometer automatically restricts the
measuring range (no message) if the entered
method data allows absorbance values > 3.2 A.
