Rescue State Reconstruction and Import

If SIDEXIS displays an error message when you open a 3D image, the
scan was either not reconstructed correctly or it was not imported.
1. If necessary, check out any patients who are still registered in
SIDEXIS.
2. Start Sirona Control Admin Rescue via SIDEXIS Manager on the
scan PC.
3. In Sirona Control Admin, open the DataContainer tab.
4. Look for a DataContainer with the status "Working" or "Ready".

NOTE
Containers with the status "Initialized" are only used for internal
purposes and are to be disregarded.
5a. This relates to the rescue state reconstruction. Right-click on the
appropriate DataContainer and click on Reconstruct Again.
5a. This relates to the rescue state import. Right-click on the
appropriate DataContainer and click on Read.
In both cases the volume data is stored in SIDEXIS. Now close Sirona
Control Admin and and evaluate the data as usual in SIDEXIS.

NOTE
While this is taking place, do not perform any other tasks on the PC. In
particular, you must not use Sirona Control Admin (SCA), print files or
carry out any file or directory management tasks.
If this procedure is not successful, check to see whether the unit is in
rescue mode and, if necessary, perform a unit rescue as described in
Section 5.2.
