2. Turn off the product.
Note: If you see a message on the product control panel and the product will not turn off, unplug the
power cable.
3. Grasp the tabs on the media edge guides and slide them to the left and right sides.
Caution: If the media edge guides are deformed or damaged, do not continue to use them or you
could damage the pressure rollers or print heads. Replace the media edge guides before continuing
with these steps to remove jammed media.
4. If the print head is over the media, move it away from the jam area by hand.
