Two limits are possible:

Symbol Rate = Transponder Separation / (1+Roll-Off Factor)
The minimum roll-off factor that may be selected with this formula is 10%.

Limit2:
Symbol Rate =User Bandwidth / (1+Roll-Off Factor)
For example:
A 36 MHz transponder with 40MHz Separation.
