Warning: the steam coming out of nozzle is very hot and can cause scalding. Make sure you
keep your hands away from the steam whilst flushing the nozzle.
Note: Clean the steam nozzle each time it's immersed in the milk, otherwise the inside of the
nozzle becomes clogged and the milk deposits on the outside harden and are difficult to
remove. Remove the frothing device to clean in water. Wipe the outside of the frothing
device with a wet cloth. You can turn the steam knob to
position to let the steam escape
into the wet cloth for one or two seconds, then turn OFF/RELEASE. The milk residue will be
flushed out.
6. Pour the frothed milk into the espresso prepared, now the cappuccino is ready. Sweeten to
taste and if desired, sprinkle the froth with a little cocoa powder.
Note: We recommend you allow the appliance to cool down before making coffee again.
Otherwise burnt odor may occur in your espresso coffee.
AUTOMATIC POWER OFF FUNCTION
If the unit brews coffee or makes steam for 25 minutes, the unit will power off automatically,
you should turn the knob to pause or off position, then turn the knob to

position, the unit will restart to brew coffee or make steam.
