Press the "Room" button.
Room details give you quick access to information about the meeting room's features and accessories. Room
details are entered by your system manager when they set up the RoomWizard system. Details include:
Room name: The name assigned to this meeting room.
Web address: The web address associated with this RoomWizard appliance. You can view but not change
reservations by accessing this web address from any computer on the same Local Area Network.
Room capacity: The maximum number of occupants for this room.
Location: A brief description of the room location.
Phone: If the room includes a phone, the phone number appears here.
Room Administrator: The name of an individual who has administrative responsibility for this room. This is the
person to contact when using the One-Click Publishing option if your room reservation ends before the meeting
ends.
Facilities: A list of features in the room, such as the presence of CopyCam whiteboards, speaker phone, digital
projector, etc.
Reservation details provide instant access to information about the current reservation. Information provided here
depends on the information that was entered when the reservation was made using your corporate calendar
system.
To view reservation details:

Press the "Details" button on the touch screen.

Press "Reservation." Reservation details appear if a meeting is in progress.
RoomWizard can display:
Reservation: Lists the meeting host and purpose.
Created: The date and time the reservation was created.
