If you have an impromptu meeting in a room that includes the One-Click Publishing option, simply claim the room
using the RoomWizard touch screen as usual and capture notes on the whiteboards as usual. The room
administrator receives captured whiteboard notes in email at the end of your reservation. When you return to
your office, ask the room administrator to forward the captured whiteboard notes to you.
