To schedule recurring meetings:
1
Enter the information for the first meeting in the advanced reservation form as usual.
2
In the "Repeat" field, choose how you want to repeat the reservation. You can specify a fixed frequency
("Repeat every week" or "Repeat every two months"), or specify a set of rules such as "Repeat on the
second Thursday of every month." To do so, click the radio button beside "Repeat every" or "Repeat on"
and choose a frequency from the drop down list of options.
3
Enter the period of time you want to repeat the reservation. You can specify a certain period such as 6
weeks, or you can specify a cut-off date such as 26th November 2008. To do so, click the radio button
beside "for" or "until" and choose from the drop down list of options.
4
Click "Save."
RoomWizard attempts to make all the reservations that you requested. If it finds no conflicts with existing
reservations, the reservations are saved and you return to the main Reservation page.
If schedule conflicts occur, RoomWizard saves the reservations that are available and then provides you with
a report of the dates with conflicts. You can then schedule room reservations individually for those dates.
NOTE:
note:
If you make separate arrangements for those dates on which your repeating reservation had a conflict, those
reservations are regarded as distinct and separate by the system, so they won't be changed if you change "all
occurrences" of a repeating meeting. Refer to "Changing or Deleting a Reservation" on page 24.
