The current date and time, and the day's schedule for the meeting room appear at the bottom of the touch
screen. Reserved blocks of time appear in red and available blocks of time are dark blue. The V-shaped arrow
above the timeline points to the current block of time.
Buttons along the right side of the screen provide functions that depend upon the current state of the display. If
the room is available, the touch screen includes the "Details" and "Use Now" buttons. If a meeting is in progress,
the touch screen also includes the "Adjust" button. See "Getting Room and Reservation Details" on page 27 and
"Changing the Current Reservation" on page 29.
note: NOTE:
You system manager can disable these functions. If so, the buttons do not appear on the touch screen.

NTERACTING WITH
The RoomWizard touch screen provides direct interaction with the web-based reservation system. When you
interact with RoomWizard, dialogues and information appear. However, when simply left alone for a few seconds,
the touch screen always reverts back to the original display and no changes are saved unless you confirm them.

Getting Introductory Information

A button labeled "i" appears on the lower right corner of the RoomWizard front panel. Press this button to view
introductory information and "how to" instructions for RoomWizard, and to see the address for this
RoomWizard's web page.

Looking at Earlier or Later Reservations

The timeline at the bottom of the screen tells you the day's schedule for this meeting room.
To view information about any reservation in the timeline:
1 Press a red block of time. RoomWizard shows you the meeting host and purpose as they were entered in
the corporate calendar system. You can get more information if you press the "Details" button. Refer to
"Getting Room and Reservation Details" on page 27.
2 Press "OK" to return to the current reservation.
If all the hours in the day do not appear in the timeline, you can scroll forward and backward to hours that are not
displayed. To scroll through the timeline:
Press the left or right arrow on either side of the timeline.

The display automatically reverts to the current reservation after a few seconds.
