Changing The Current Reservation - Steelcase RoomWizard User Manual

Modified: The date and time the reservation was modified.
Email: The email address of the meeting host.
Phone: The phone number of the meeting host.
Notes: Notes to invitees, such as reminders or meeting goals.
Services: Lists the available services.
RoomWizard provides quick access to the names of invitees who are due to attend the current meeting
reservation. These names are available if they were entered when the reservation was made using the corporate
calendar system. The meeting host is indicated by "Host" following the name. Email addresses are listed instead
of names if no name is available.
When RoomWizard is integrated with your corporate email database and phone numbers are available, this list
includes the invitees' phone numbers.
To view the invitees for the current reservation:
1 Press "Details" on the touch screen.
2 Press the "Invitees" button.

If the meeting is confidential, the Invitees information is not available.
To return the display to today's timeline and the current status:
Press the "OK" button.

Do nothing and the display automatically returns to today's timeline and the current meeting status.

Changing the Current Reservation

During a reservation that you entered from the web page, you may decide to end the meeting early or extend the
room reservation longer than originally planned. The RoomWizard touch screen enables you to adjust the current
reservation and thus keep the reservation system up to date. Anyone looking for a meeting room can see the
room is occupied and your meeting is less likely to be interrupted. (If you need to change a future reservation, use
the calendar system from your computer.)
note: NOTE:
Reservations can be password protected. If your system manager has enabled this option, and if a reservation is
password protected, you cannot change it from the RoomWizard touch screen. See "Passwords for Meetings"
on page 19.
