If you need to change or cancel a meeting, RoomWizard simplifies the process of updating the reservation and
communicating to all the participants. To change your reservation, navigate to the RoomWizard web page and
identify the date, room, and time of your meeting.
To help you locate your reservation, you have these options:
On any computer on the same network as your RoomWizard, enter the RoomWizard web address in a
browser and navigate to the room and the date of your reservation. Click the reservation in the timeline to
open it.
Use the Find menu option described in "Finding Reservations or Available Rooms" on page 22.
If you received an email reminder when you made the reservation, you can click the link provided in the
email to jump to the reservation.
To change an existing reservation:

Locate your reservation on a timeline and select it.
If the reservation is protected by a password, you must enter it before you can proceed.
If the reservation is one of a series of repeated reservations, you are asked whether you want to "just open
this occurrence," or "open all occurrences."

On the reservation form, you can:
examine all the reservation information
move between the simple and advanced reservation forms if necessary
make changes in any of the fields (including the date/time the reservation begins and ends)

Click "Save" to save your changes, or click "Quit" to return to the main reservations page without changing
the reservation.
To delete a reservation:

Locate your reservation on a timeline and select it.
If the reservation is protected by a password, you must enter it before you can proceed.
If the reservation is one of a series of repeated reservations, you are asked whether you want to "just open
this occurrence," or "open all occurrences."

Click the "Delete" button on the reservation form.
You are asked to confirm whether or not you want to delete the reservation.
If RoomWizard is integrated with your corporate email server, RoomWizard automatically communicates
changes or deletions by email to invitees and services you entered in the advanced reservation form.
Note that, although deleting a reservation removes it from the room's schedule and allows others to use the
room, RoomWizard remembers the reservation and tracks which network computer was used to make, edit, and
delete the reservation. This enables facilities managers to understand more about room usage, and gives the
system manager insight in case of any arguments about whether a room was or was not originally reserved.
